About Klupt
Klupt is an Instagram tracker built for one question: who did this account just follow? It shows who a public profile follows now and detects every new follow and new follower from the moment you start tracking, newest first, with an optional alert in Telegram.
What we make
- The Klupt web tracker: enter a public username, Klupt saves a baseline of its followers and following, and lists every new follow and follower it detects afterwards.
- @kluptbot on Telegram: real-time alerts when a tracked profile follows someone new, plus Instagram downloads. Open the bot.
- The anonymous story viewer: watch public stories without appearing in the viewer list.
- Katch the Ick, a free browser extension for Chrome and Safari that runs the same snapshot comparison locally, including on private accounts you already follow.
- In Stalker, a Chrome extension that predicts your most likely profile viewers from real signals and labels its confidence.
How it works
Instagram doesn't show another person's following or followers list in date order. Only the account owner can sort their own list by date. So Klupt doesn't try to guess from the order: it compares snapshots. It records a public profile's lists, checks them again later, and reports the accounts that are new, matched by account ID, with the time each change was detected. What Klupt will never do
- Ask for your Instagram password, or anyone else's.
- Notify the person you look up, or follow, like or message anyone on your behalf.
- Pretend to know when follows happened before you started tracking. Instagram doesn't share that.
- Show the contents of a private account you don't follow. No legitimate tool can.
- Sell a "confirmed list" of who viewed your profile. Instagram doesn't reveal profile viewers to anyone.
How our guides are written
- Answer first. Every guide opens with the direct answer, including when the answer is "Instagram doesn't allow that".
- Checked against the app. Instagram changes its menus often; we describe current behavior and say when labels vary between app versions.
- Fair to competitors. Comparisons only state what we could verify, and say so when we couldn't.
- Dated and updated. Each guide shows when it was published and last updated.
- Corrections welcome. Spot something wrong or out of date? Email contact@klupt.io and we'll fix it.
