Highlights are the Stories someone chose to keep on their profile. You can open them in the app, but that means being logged in. Klupt’s highlight viewer loads them on its own server instead: type a public username above, pick a highlight and watch it full screen, or download it, with no account at all.

Can they see that you viewed their highlights?

A highlight is made of old Stories, and Instagram only shows a Story’s viewer list for a short time after it’s posted. After that, views of the highlight aren’t listed. Klupt doesn’t use your account in any case, so there’s nothing to connect the view to you. For Stories that are still live, use the anonymous story viewer.

What you can and can’t see

  • Yes: every highlight on a public profile, photos and videos, full screen, with download.
  • No: highlights on private accounts, Close Friends Stories, or Stories that were never added to a highlight and have expired.

Safer than most highlight viewer sites

Can I view Instagram highlights anonymously?+

Does Instagram show who viewed your highlights?+
Only while the original Story is fresh, roughly a day or two after it was posted. After that, views of the highlight aren’t listed for the owner. Klupt doesn’t use your account either way.
