These Terms of Service apply to the Klupt web application (referred to as the "Service") created by the Developer (referred to as "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these terms.

Service Description

Klupt is a web-based analytics tool that allows users to view the recent follow activity of public Instagram accounts. The Service analyzes publicly available data only. We do not hack, breach, or access private accounts in any way. The person being searched is never notified.

Intellectual Property

Unauthorized copying, modification, or distribution of the Service is prohibited. You may not extract source code, translate, or create derivative versions. All intellectual property rights remain with the Developer.

Usage Rules

Use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
No reverse engineering or extracting source code.
No unlawful use.
No attempts to disrupt or access systems without authorization.
You may only search public Instagram accounts. Do not use the Service to harass, stalk, or violate anyone's privacy rights.

Subscriptions & Payment

The Service operates on a subscription model:

Pricing: $3.99 per week, billed automatically.
Billing: Payments are processed securely through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. We do not store your payment information.
Auto-Renewal: Your subscription automatically renews each week unless you cancel before the renewal date.
Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future billing; you retain access until the end of your current billing period.
Refund Policy: All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital services, we do not offer refunds once payment is processed. See our Refund Policy for details.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Any price changes will be communicated in advance and will apply to your next billing cycle.

Personal Data

The Service may process personal data to provide services. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. We implement appropriate safeguards to protect your data.

Third Party Services

The Service uses third-party services with their own terms:

Stripe (payment processing)
Sentry (error tracking)

Connectivity Requirements

The Service requires internet access. We are not responsible for lack of functionality due to connectivity issues. You are responsible for any internet or data charges from your service provider.

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of the Service. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of data at all times.

Updates to Terms

We may update the Service at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, particularly in cases of violation of these terms. Upon termination, you must cease using the Service.

Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
